- Payment of taxes, rates and levies as at when due.
- Performing environmental sanitation to ensure clean and disease-free surroundings.
- Maintenance and promotion of peace by being security conscious.
- Participating effectively in the political life of their community or country by voting during elections and standing to be voted for.
