DEFINITION AND EXPLANATION OF FEDERALISM

Federalism is the amalgamation of states into a single, strong and indivisible political entity otherwise known as a country. Federalism can also stand to mean a country that is made up of a number of states which have been united to form one political entity.

Federalism is usually composed of people of diverse ethnic groups, cultures and languages who are amalgamated into one strong country with central and state/regional governments Federalism is also known as a federation.
