Constituted Authority can be defined as the recognized and legitimate body of persons in an institution authorized by law to act or exercise power in accordance with the position they occupy or hold.
It is a form of leadership established by law, to govern/pilot the affairs of a group of people such as a society or an organization to cause their rights to be respected and ensure the smooth running of such body, society or institution.
