Political Apathy can be in any of these forms:
i. Refusal of citizens of a country to register and vote during elections is one form of political apathy that must be jettisoned.
ii. Refusal to belong to a political party;
iii. Refusal of citizens of a country to protest and fight against rigging and all forms of manipulations during general elections;
iv. Negligence of citizens of a country to know, fight and defend their political rights; and
