Trade Association

Trade Association: This is a group of individual business – i.e. men and women, firms and companies who engage in the same line of business/trade and who have voluntarily agreed to come together in order to safeguard and protect their common business interest. Examples of trade associations are:

1. The Manufacturers Association of Nigeria.
2. The Pharmaceutical Association of Nigeria
3. The Patent Medicine Dealers Association.
4. The Lorry Owners Association.
5. The Butchers Association
6. The Luxurious Drivers Association
7. The Nigerian Medical Association.
