Landforms are shapes found on the face of the earth. Major landforms over the continental landmasses are mountains, plains, plateaus, large depressions etc.
While those of the ocean basins are the continental slope, continental shelf, the deep sea plain, the ocean ridge and the ocean deep. Note that landforms are formed as a result of denudation.
