THE LAW OF COMPARATIVE COSTS ADVANTAGE

David Richard first propounded this principle/theory in the 19th century. The principle or law of comparative cost advantage states that “countries should specialize in the production of goods and services that they can produce at a relatively lowest cost than other countries.

This theory indicates that the world output will be at the increased quantity/percentage if countries specialize on producing goods and services they have more comparative advantage than other countries.
