Factors that affect Vegetation growth are:

i. Climatic factors – temperature, humidity, precipitation and wind.

ii. Edaphic factors – this of course is related to soil types and their various properties.

iii. Biotic factors: This is related to the activities of living organisms like man and animals. Human activities here can be in the form of road construction, bush burning etc. These activities affect vegetation growth.

iv. Geomorphic factors are concerned with land forms especially gradients.
