Any substance, which exhibits allotropy, is termed allotrope. The allotropes are divided Into crystalline and non-crystalline or amorphous form.

The crystalline forms of carbon include diamond and graphite.

Diamonds are found in Africa, Brazil, India in their natural form.

They are the purest form of naturally occurring carbon.
